Hillside is on track for handover in June and is now weighing suppliers for phase 2. They won the framework agreement with Leeds City Council in April and have the capacity to decide quickly.

14 April: payment plan agreed, 30 % up front. Phase 2 postponed until after Easter.

Playbook
  1. 1Open with the framework agreement — congratulate them, and ask what it means for their capacity this autumn.
  2. 2Show that phase 1 is on track before price comes up.
  3. 3Offer a fixed price on phase 2 before they ask, in return for a commitment period.

Before the meeting

Know who you are talking to

Connect your calendar and the agent prepares every meeting for you: who is coming, what the company does, what you talked about last time — and an agenda that fits your goal.

  • A brief on the participants and the company — role, latest news and common ground, gathered from the web and public sources
  • Earlier meetings with the same people — what was promised, what is still open
  • A suggested agenda — or use one of your meeting templates: sales meeting, status meeting, interview
  • A reminder before the meeting starts, with the brief ready

During the meeting

Advice while the conversation is on

In person or on Teams, Meet and Zoom. The agent listens in, ticks off the agenda and gives you short, private hints when it counts — only you see them.

  • Ask the agent as you go — “What did we agree last time?”, “What does PSD2 mean?” — the answer arrives quietly on your screen
  • Objection handling based on your product and your documents
  • The agenda ticks itself off as you cover the items
  • No bot in the meeting — the desktop app listens locally, the phone listens around the table. Audio becomes text on the spot; we never store recordings

Smart question

“How does the framework agreement affect your capacity this autumn?”

Suggested at 04:12 · when delivery in June comes up
Objection: price

Offer a fixed price on phase 2 for a commitment period — it covers their risk and yours.

From the document “Pricing strategy 2026”
Hints are private and off by default — you switch them on yourself. At most one now and then, never a stream.

After the meeting

Minutes and follow-up take care of themselves

The moment the meeting ends, the minutes are ready in the language you spoke — with a summary, key points and who promised what. The agent suggests the next steps and does them when you say yes.

  • Minutes in your language — shared with the team, sent to the participants if you like, including those without Brigg
  • An email draft with a summary and the follow-up, ready to send
  • Tasks that get followed up — and a quote, an agreement or a note made from the minutes
  • Everything lands on the customer card — the next meeting starts with the whole history

Privacy

Built for conversations you would not share with the whole world

Data stored in the EU
Storage and core infrastructure run in the EU, under GDPR and European privacy law.
Never a recording, only text
The conversation becomes text on the spot. The transcript is deleted after 24 hours, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days — or never. The minutes you keep.
Private by default
Internal meetings are yours alone. You decide what is shared with the team, and hints during the meeting are seen by you only.

Questions and answers

Wondering about something?

If the answer is not here, ask the agent when you log in — it answers right away.

Does it work in Teams, Meet and Zoom — and in person?

Yes. The desktop app listens to the video call locally on your computer, with no bot joining the meeting. In person, the mobile app listens around the table.

Is the meeting recorded?

No. We never store recordings. The conversation becomes text on the spot, and that text is what the minutes are made from. You decide how long the transcript is kept — from 24 hours to forever — and can ask Brigg to remind you to say that AI is present.

Will the minutes be in my language?

Yes. The minutes follow the language of the meeting, so a meeting in English gives minutes in English and one in Swedish gives Swedish — with a summary, key points and tasks. Your own terms and names go in the dictionary.

What do the others in the meeting see?

None of the advice. The hints and answers from the agent appear on your screen only, and the Brigg windows stay out of the screen share. You share the minutes yourself, with whoever you like.

Can participants get the minutes without having Brigg?

Yes. Share the minutes by email and external participants get them as a readable summary — they need no account.

Do I have to use the rest of Brigg?

No. Meetings works fine on its own. But because the minutes already know the customer, the agent can write the quote, update the customer card or send it for signing whenever you like.

What does it cost?

The tool is free for the whole team. You only pay for the work the agent does, and the Free plan gives you 50 kr of credit every month.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU. Both storage and core infrastructure run on European servers, under GDPR and European privacy law.
